Break Fast for Breakfast

Happy Monday!!! I am still adjusting to the time change, but I am pretty energized this morning thanks to my morning breakfast. I want to stress to you how important eating a morning breakfast is. Breakfast is not only the first meal of the day but it’s also the most important. If you are eating something for breakfast and you feel sluggish, it’s probably because you are eating to many carbohydrates and not enough protein. This will make you crave carbs throughout the day. For breakfast, try eating more protein than carbs and see if you notice a difference in your energy level. I suggest eating a couple eggs. Eggs are high in protein and are delicious anyway you serve them. Try making an omelette with a variety of veggies.
