			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I love to laugh, but more importantly I love to make people laugh. There is something satisfying about making someone laugh and bringing joy to their life.  Every time you laugh It puts you in a good mood and makes you forget about the stresses of life. Laughter is said to reduce stress and increase your life-span.  I laugh at least once a day. This helps me to constantly stay positive and brighten up the moods of others I&#8217;m around. Sometimes all you need in order to go from a bad day to a good one is a little chuckle. Here is a little clip from Planes Trains and Automobiles with the late great John Candy and Steve Martin that makes me laugh every-time I see it. <img src='http://www.jaysonsphotography.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   Happy Wednesday everyone. Happy Monday!!!  I am still adjusting to the time change, but I am pretty energized this morning thanks to my morning breakfast. I want to stress to you how important eating a morning breakfast is. Breakfast is not only the first meal of the day but it&#8217;s also the most important.  If you are eating something for breakfast and you feel sluggish, it&#8217;s probably because you are eating to many carbohydrates and not enough protein. This will make you crave carbs throughout the day. For breakfast, try eating more protein than carbs and see if you notice a difference in your energy level. I suggest eating a couple eggs. Eggs are high in protein and are delicious anyway you serve them. Try making an omelette with a variety of veggies. </p>
