I’m Going!

Every time FedEx or UPS stops by, I get excited. I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s their cool trucks or nifty uniforms. It always feels like Christmas when they pull up to my house; like they have something special they are delivering. Even if it’s something other than camera equipment, I get excited. I always wonder why they knock on the door sometimes and walk away and other times they want you to sign. Am I supposed to sprint to the front door when I hear this knock? And then when I open the door and see that there is a package, am I supposed to smile and say,”Oh, FedEx you shouldn’t have.” Today FedEx showed up and I thought to myself, “Did I order something?” (How quickly we forget.)Then it hit me, “Celtics tickets. YES!!! ”

I suggested to my friend, a little while ago, that it would be pretty awesome to go see an NBA game. We both have never been before. When I was younger, I always wanted to go see a Chicago Bulls game, to marvel at Michael Jordan getting some serious hang time. But that never happened. I feel like I am living out my childhood dream, even if MJ isn’t playing. I decided that if this is the only game I ever get to witness, I might as well go all out and get floor seat tickets. So that is where I will be on Wednesday, March 18th at 7:00PM I am very excited, as you can tell from this post!

Spring is coming

I woke up this morning to about a foot of snow and the sounds of plow trucks running up and down my street. It makes me laugh to hear people complaining about the weather in New England. I always wonder, why don’t these people just move if it bothers them so much? Or are these people in every climate. It’s hot.He-he. It’s never going to be perfect weather (unless you live in San Diego, that’s pretty perfect), so why not just enjoy it. If you live in New England you just have to remember one thing before you go outside. Bundle up. I enjoy living in New England because it makes you appreciate the Spring and Summer time weather. If you’re tired of the snow, here’s a little birdy that might make you smile. Spring is coming! So just be patient. We are now in second winter, as my brother would tell you.

Continue Learning

I hope everyone is having a relaxing weekend. I wanted to encourage you all to continue learning, the same way a baby learns new things as she grows up. We should be learning each day to do new things. Become teachers to each other and share your knowledge of these things. I know one thing I would like to learn is to speak Portuguese. What would you like to learn? I would encourage you to learn it. Yesterday I was hanging out with my niece and noticed how much she is changing and learning new things from us. My sister has been teaching her sign language and it really fascinates me when she signs something.

Fresh New Blog

Hey Folks! Happy Friday and welcome to the brand new Jayson’s Photography blog. We are very excited for this new addition and hope you enjoy your stay here. You will notice that while this fresh new blog is very sleek, it is also easy to navigate. We’ve got some great drop down menus that allow you to find everything on this site as well as a neat little search bar so you’ll never get lost. We have added three very cool clickable icons in the about me section. The wedding icon that has my logo next to it will take you to our sweet flash website. The next icon in place is our Twitter. When I’m not posting on this blog, I’m Twittering. If you are on Twitter, come along and follow me. Our last icon on the agenda is our Facebook, come join the fun and hang out for a while. It is a lot of fun but watch out, it can get addicting. We do post every couple days so be sure to check back from time to time. I will twitter when there is a new post added so be sure to sign up for that to be in the know. Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend.
